I Can’t Stand Lebron James
Published by lakers-fan.com on February 23rd, 2010 | Tagged NBA on TNT, lakers
Yes, he’s a good player. Great stats and terrific athleticism. He can score and pass with the best of them. Blah, blah, blah.
First off, how about a good sport?
Check this out.
“It’s hard for me to congratulate somebody after you just lose to them,” he said. “I’m a winner. It’s not being a poor sport or anything like that. If somebody beats you up, you’re not going to congratulate them. That doesn’t make sense to me. I’m a competitor. That’s what I do. It doesn’t make sense for me to go over and shake somebody’s hand.”
Great sportsmanship Lebron! He cried his way off the court in 2009 and 2008. Can’t wait to see it this year too! Do you think Lebron would shake Kobe’s hand if they somehow made it to the finals and lose to the Lakers? No way.

Um, go ahead and win another MVP this year too Lebron! Campaign for yourself! Stats have shown in the past 6 years, the MVP has not won anything! Good luck!
Here are some other terrific quotes that make this guy unbearable.
“I don’t need too much. Glamour and all that stuff don’t excite me. I am just glad I have the game of basketball in my life.”
Ok, not bad, now read the next quote.
“In the next 15 or 20 years, I hope I’ll be the richest man in the world. That’s one of my goals. I want to be a billionaire. I want to get to a position where generation on generation don’t have to worry about nothing. I don’t want family members from my kids to my son’s kids to never have to worry. And I can’t do that now just playing basketball.”
Unreal. So…..not much glamour…just basketball? Ohh….AND being a billionaire. Ok. So, if being a billionaire is not glamorous, I wonder what is to a bone head King?

CHECK MY STATS! What? Zero rings?? Great stats!!
Then there’s this on changing jersey numbers.
“He can’t get the logo, and if he can’t, something has to be done. I feel like no NBA player should wear 23. I’m starting a petition, and I’ve got to get everyone in the NBA to sign it. Now, if I’m not going to wear No. 23, then nobody else should be able to wear it.”
How big is this guy’s ego, really? “Now, if I”M not going to wear 23…” You shouldn’t have worn 23 in the first place dumb ass. So after 7 years in the league, you just now realize you shouldn’t have stolen Jordan’s number and just now want to pay homage to him?
And, how about this?
“I’m only one guy,” James said. “I took Hedo in the first game and Rashard made the shot. I took Rashard in the second game and Hedo made the shot.
“If I could clone myself, we’d be all right. But I can’t.”
Just what the league needs. A bunch of dumb Lebron clones running around, talking about themselves all the time.
And lastly, Lebron said this a few years ago about when he turns a free agent this summer.
“I think July 1, 2010, is a very big day,” James said when the Cavaliers were in New York. “It’s probably going to be one of the biggest days in free-agent history in the NBA.”
He said this during the 2008 regular season, instead of focusing on his current team, he can’t help but enforce his huge ego. This even pissed off Barkley, calling out Lebron on TV.
I’m done. I’m getting mad just writing about him. Later.

why is it that all the lakers fans spend most of their time in cavs forums or on some whack self-made websites to hate on lebron?
oh, isn't it ironic that a fan of a team that has kobe and artest on it talks about another player not being a good sport? awesome!
kobe isn't even a good sport when it comes to his own teammates.
lakers fans = biggest haters on the planet
go get a life
you are so embarassing!!

Bottom line is that it’s just entertainment. There is not one player bigger than the whole. So teach respect and sportsmanship, lessons all of our kids could use in real life. Shame on Lebron.

why is it that cav fans comment on these self-made websites that make good points and examples about lebron james. This article did mention that Lebron James was a very good player. all this guys hating on is the lack of personality and courtesy. sure you don't compliment a guy when ur getting beat up, but sports was based off of showing skills not just a brawl fight. which means when you lose or win, you shake the other guys hands out of respect for playing the game. james' ego is just big. like kanye west. and that's all this guy is talking about.
